Well, ladies, Harvard School of Public Health has just published findings from the longest running and biggest study of the effects of exercise on women's health as we age. And there are NO excuses! Even former couch potatoes derived considerable health benefits in ther 70's and beyond from starting to exercise regularly in mid life. And those benefits were not just physical. Improvements in mental agility were also a big feature, helping to ward off alzeimers and dementia.
You know it makes sense. So we invite you this week to think about ways of making regular exercise something you love to do. And get out of the box! Maybe learning to pole dance will get you passionate about fitness!
